Paul is seamless and engaging. I'm sure he's wowing them at the conference.

I grew up and saw armature magicians you see at like church or school, but when you see a pro who's mastered the craft it blows my mind everytimeand paul you are no exception I am glad to have stumbled onto you ;')

Glad you enjoyed the video, it's fun to see sleight-of-hand magic performed up close... I can still remember what it felt like to be fooled... really fooled for the very first time.
@PaulIngramMagic7 жыл бұрын
One of the first effects that I performed from your book when it was released. Been using it for years, back in the day I combined it with a fism flash but no longer do it that way. 'Unshuffled' is one of the all-time classic faro routines that I first saw performed by Kevin Reay...

Thanks Paul glad you are using some of the items from the book.

Thanks.... many years of practice on that.

One must be caught multiple times to get it right. Experience is the best teacher. Of course if you miss, have a great out ( I would just do another effect). You did it fabulously and I didn't even realize it until the end. Superb!

Paul, this doesn't fool me. But I love it. The simplicity and subtle ness has not gone un noticed. Very nice indeed

Glad you enjoyed it. I actually created this trick for a company that was selling a state of the art copy machine that made... get ready... DOUBLE SIDED COPIES! Of course that was back in 1977 when a duplex copier was considered novel. Times change.

Thanks Jim. Please give my regards to all those card workers in Spain. Kathy and I would love to come and visit and do a lecture tour sometime.

I just let Carlos Hampton know that. His lecture tours are great, but there isn't a lot of time to do sightseeing. But you can always come early and stay after for some enjoyment.

the booklet opens 2 different ways, on with hand copy only the other with card, the queen was palmed to empty hand then to bottom of deck then put with the cards placed on table, only thing I can't see is that brilliantly done force, beautiful trick and amazing execution I am a fan though and subscribed, please show how that force was done, I watched many times but can't see it, even though I know when and where it happened...but not How!!! brilliant

with a force like that anything is possible anytime
@paulgertnermagic8 жыл бұрын
Thanks I'm glad you enjoyed Photocopy. Me force a card? Never.... I prefer to just spread the cards in my hands like I did on the video and do the trick with whatever card the spectator decides to select. Of course to be able to do that does take practice. You are right... anything is possible anytime. The next trick I post will really blow your mind. All the best.

this is awsome and im definitely using the z for more stuff as i only use it for the hustlers monte (best four card monte in my opinion) but now its going to be used a lot more and that classic f was phenomenal , you did it so perfect i didnt think you did it and i have no idea how you made the queen disappear. im grasping at straws but did you do the p*** to make that queen "invisibly palmed" because if so it was absolutely invisible.P.S thank you for all the enjoyment and feeling of astonishment your magic brings to me and so many others , you are an inspiration and a living legend.
@paulgertnermagic8 жыл бұрын
Glad you enjoyed it. Feel free to use it... the routine is called Photo Copy and the Z or Himber both work for it. Queen vanish is just a color change. Yes the classic F. is the best... wish I used that in stead of riffle on P&T Fool Us but every once in a while the classic can miss and national TV is not the time to have that happen. Thanks for the nice comments.
@jason420jv18 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for the reply and giving me permission to do the routine , i promise i will not perform it until i can do it the justice it deserves (i will practice it diligently) and thanks for clearing up the sleight question i asked you (much appreciated) and i dont blame you on not doing the classic f on national tv (its better safe than sorry) and i havent learned the classic f yet but when i do i would be happy if i could do it 1/10th as good as you.PS and as always thank you for replying to one of your many fans.✌😎👍

another great trick, i see how all but one part was done (i think), had to watch a few times to catch it. i really enjoy card tricks a lot more once i know how its done, as i get to really see the skill. must be tough doing tricks when it is recorded, ruins the whole idea of not doing the same trick for same person twice, i often wonder how just much recordings and internet have changed magic
@glennjones11688 жыл бұрын
I think I know how it's done but not giving the game away, let's just say it's double palmed
