Paul is the guitarist that actually inspired me to take up the instrument. He's so incredibly skilled but the way he taught in his instructional videos made it feel that he was genuinely positive that whoever he was teaching could achieve the same level of proficiency he did. The guy's truly one of the last remaining guitar heroes on the planet.

This is such a great video! I'm actually using it as a demo for the guitar and I LOVE that Paul is showing the versatility. You can go from shred to blues without missing a beat. One of the best values available today--both the guitar and the pups.

His passion for the craft and personality is nothing short of infectious! But goodness gracious, the PG 13 in the bridge? HOW. That is a ridiculously gorgeous warm tone for a bridge! @AndyinMokum7 жыл бұрын
I love the bright, almost single coil punchy tones a mini-humbucker delivers. It's as you say, they have clarity all of their own. It doesn't matter whether you're simply playing clean, or cranking up the crunchiness. They deliver clear and well defined tones, over a full spectrum of settings. Even budget mini-humbuckers deliver this in spades. I love full sized humbuckers too, don't get me wrong. I do prefer the clarity and range of tones from a mini-humbucker. It's a personal preference. Those DiMarzio PG-13 mini-humbuckers are definitely the business.

@donkarnage60327 жыл бұрын
He mentioned in a video on his channel about Racer X. That he had bought several pink guitars while in Racer X back in the 80s. He said he only has the guitar that he is playing in the video left of the original guitars he bought. He probably just doesn't remember exactly what he had. He does have a massive guitar collection.
