this is so odd, i listened to this lecture yesterday and i was on the urge of laughter all the way through it, today i feel like crying but i am not sure why, my mental state is trying to grasp onto a reason for these emotions...

laughter and crying arise from the same source, the mistery about who we are. Emotions, feelings, thoughts, moods, etc etc etc...It happened to me too, moments of laughter, moments of tears, moments of not knowing what the fuck is going on..."Trying to grasp", yeah, I feel you sister, it is a benediction and a curse at the same time when we watch non duality stuff...well...it is called living or surviving or diyng...everything happens on our own mental state, so obvious, not knowing or a more honest "boh" seemingly is the best answer/question. something about what he is saying makes me feel like i need to laugh with joy, but i can't quite allow it for some reason, it is extremely frustrating but i don't want to quit listening because it gives me hope that a sense of relief might be possible if i can get it and laugh about it, i am being this body, it makes me want to laugh, but i can't quite do it, the sensation is very odd and i love it, but i wish i could just go ahead and laugh, how strange

yes, it is odd and nothing to be taken too seriously, laugh or tears, hope or hopeless, how strange isn't it...?

As long as there is laughing, whether outwardly noticeable or not, mental dominance is not possible. Seriousness claims to be deeper than a laugh, but it is way more superficial as it takes the waves of the ocean to have great meaning, ignoring the unfathomable expanse of the ocean.
