TALK TALK... ❔📡🦄💭🤔 The mind set maybe still of an alcoholic Paul and the talk talk defense covering what in me an early fear of intimacy is it OK to feel to be close etc trauma reverberates and becomes the def of talk against feel so empathy goes out the f.. window

Ask where it’s coming from - this is coming from being of service not from defending a sense of separation. If you meet him in person, you’ll experience great warmth and so much empathy. It’ll scare you. As regards trauma, if there is such a thing it’s for the body, not for you. Therefore, it is approached by skillful means - render under Caesar what is due to Caesar and to God, what is due to God… Nonduality is not psychology, though it throws psychology in a new light
