In 1978 I was a young Show Room clerk at Davis & Shitliff company in Nairobi and we sold water pumps. The company is still there today but it is called Davis. Paul Ngei showed up one and I showed him the many pumps and explained each one's pumping capacity. Ngei selected a Sumo pump which was among the most expensive. He requested it to be loaded in his pick-up halafu akapotea. Hakulipa. No one said anything to him but imagine me telling my boss what Apostle Paul had just done.

He puts his till number besides the title of his posts.I think people should contribute because whatever we have learned from him is invaluable. Can you imagine that Tom Mboya had plotted with Nahashon Isaac Njenga Njoroge to kill Jomo Kenyatta, before Njenga went to Kenyatta, gave him the information, got paid more money and shot Tom Mboya instead.

A colleague of mine, that used to be married to an MP from the Mulembe Nation told me how Paul Ngei tried to make moves on her when she had gone to pick up her husband from the Parliament Building. That time Paul Ngei used to hung out at the Parliament building on his wheel chair soliciting for funds from his former MP colleagues.

@@Jitenge98 Not related to him at all. I don't even know if he is still alive. But met him in Australia. A stellar gentleman. You probably know more about him, and you may be right about that kachupa ulipewa. But really, Mboya was such a stellar politician who meant well for Kenya. Why tarnish his name knowing he cannot defend himself? I know he wanted to make Kenyatta to be a King and he wanted to be president. But he was not willing to go to the lengths of killing Kenyatta. Remember, Kenyatta first met him at Kapenguria during the great student Airlift program . Kenyatta never liked him (Mboya) as a person due to the latter's ambition.

Correction sir, Masaku was a medicine man not a Chief. As a matter of fact Kambas did not have chiefs or kings. Secondly, Machakos was named Machakos by the Indians who provided semi skilled labour during the construction of the Kenya Uganda Railway at the turn of the 20th century. There was a small town used by the Kamba Long distance traders where they would camp lining up to be given charms to use for their long sojourns by Masaku. Since it was fairly developed relative to other parts of the Kenyan interior and had "booze" indians would say "Let's go to Masaku's". Now put the Indian accent to this and it will sound like "Let's go to Mashakus" and the whites picked it as "Machakos" and so it became.

@@raymondkyalo7270 when the British wanted to colonise a community they would buy out the communities leaders. In places where a community did not have a single leader the British would pick a prominent person and collaborate with that person then pretend he is the leader and make him surrender his community to the service of the Royal family of Britain. Chief Kivoi Mwendwa was one of those. He was a trader but imposed as a Chief later.

Again why do you tell us that alikatwa miguu na unacheka like you are not aware we are all potential candidates of being lame so long as we are alive ?
