In the speech he seems to be praising Moi several times. Do you think he was doing that deliberately since he knew Special Branch was watching? Also why do you think Moi wasted our time by hiring Scotland Yard to investigate something which he already knew the answer?

He could have been the President of Kenya. They took Dr. Ouko from us. They assassinated him in the most cruel way. Those corrupt people.
