He could have been the President of Kenya. They took Dr. Ouko from us. They assassinated him in the most cruel way. Those corrupt people. There's something you didn't explain well please. The accident on the way from Kericho to Kisumu, when did it happen? Was it the same day Ouko was to meet the Luo leaders in his Koru home?
