Every time i hear of Hezekiah Oyugi and Anguka i feel pain inside me. These were supposedly 'friends' of Robert Ouko, but they betrayed him so badly 😢😢

I remember. Was in school at that time. We lost our innocence when we started understanding that such things could happen. Total man Biwott was feared and the whole GOK was distrusted. Whatever Biwott, Oyugi aimed to gain out of it is nothing cause they were dead soon after.

Thank you Bwana James. There's a clip which shows Ouko, during the last weekend before he was abducted, giving a hilarious speech to Rotary Club members at Kisumu Imperial Hotel. In the speech he seems to be praising Moi several times. Do you think he was doing that deliberately since he knew Special Branch was watching? Also why do you think Moi wasted our time by hiring Scotland Yard to investigate something which he already knew the answer?

I was 12 years old in Standard Seven in Nairobi River primary school when the Late Dr. Robert Ouko was assassinated. I remembered it was during lunchtime and our teachers were talking in whispers. It broke my innocence and introduced me to the murky world of Kenyan politics.

This hits me real hard. Just when we think we healed, this one opens fresh wounds. I was in Buru Primary school, when they told us to suddenly pack our books and rush home. That was a respected man. He could have been the President of Kenya. They took Dr. Ouko from us. They assassinated him in the most cruel way. Those corrupt people. Even though many of them have met their end, their cruel deeds will haunt them to hell. Justice for Dr. Ouko

A very convincing set of events. I can see why Anguka was treated as a key suspect in the murder. I however feel that Oyugi might have had a more prominent role but missing in the puzzle.
