Everyone’s entitled to their opinion of course and I am not a fan of everything the Beatles independently (or as a band) have done but am a lifelong fan and my opinion as that the two new McCartney songs are excellent. He’s 76 and has a net worth of over a billion dollars and could be sitting home. Or could be like Sinatra who did nothing new musically year after year. I’m glad Paul and ringo are out there putting out new stuff that’s actually good.

This gives me hope.. 40 years ago, an 80 year old person could not rock like this... But Paul does it and he is genuine and as real as he was 40 years ago. Being a 60 year old musician, I guess its ok to keep on rocking... not that I was going to stop...

luis carlos bermúdez pinedo Ahem.... Nobody beats Jarvis Cocker nor Ian Dury regarding writing lyrics especially about daily life. It's time to retire Macca especially from live performance and take Debbie Harry with ya, cuz she's past it vocally especially in live performance.

g man tramp Lyrics aren't all there is to a song, you know that right? Besides while Paul might not write amazing lyrics for every song, he has some really beautiful ones.

This guy is always able to keep it relevant. This song is just beautifully crafted. Doesn't have to get deep but I'n true McCartney form so catchy. A major ear worm.

Why is this not a hit already? Seriously, why not? It has some great hooks and an infectious vibe. Compare it to the majority of songs in the chart at the moment. This is so much better. So glad that Radio 2 has now made it the record of the week. It deserves to be a hit.
