People use the word “Legend” too frivolously. The other day, I heard someone refer to Ariande Grande as a “living legend “. Will she be selling out stadiums when she’s 75? Somehow, I doubt it. McCartney is a true, living legend,

In reality that’s not the case-they are tile setters that happen to play an instrument. Sort of. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion of course and I am not a fan of everything the Beatles independently (or as a band) have done but am a lifelong fan and my opinion as that the two new McCartney songs are excellent. He’s 76 and has a net worth of over a billion dollars and could be sitting home. Or could be like Sinatra who did nothing new musically year after year. I’m glad Paul and ringo are out there putting out new stuff that’s actually good.
