Ram is McCartney at his prime, he should perform more from the album live

LBellas Magnum opus. Just 2 songs played in the last 45 years, from which 1 just a short tour and the other one only rarely by request (this one). Tragic.

Just don't think about it - he's a vegetarian, he's in good health and active. He probably still has many good years in him yet. After all, it has been 9 years since you wrote your comment and he still looks fit. No use mourning beforehand, enjoy him while you still can.

Awesome! My favorite album from him, so many great songs; Too many people, 3 legs, Ram on(!), Dear boy, Heart of the country, The back seat of my car... to name but few :)

A true McCartney ditty. The kind of song that used to drive John crazy, as he secretly tapped his toe and hummed like the rest of us. I bought this album the week it came out and Uncle Albert was playing on all the pop stations. Now? I probably listen to Uncle Albert the least. I love this record. Heart of the Country, Backseat of my Car, Smile On, great stuff. It won't be that much longer before we're all on the other side. In the meantime, Ram On...by all means.

Basically Paul kept the song of the Beatles alive all these years when John clearly stated in a interview I don't see us reaching 70 and still playing those old songs on here they are Yesterday!!! Lol Paul made it happen lol

I’m pretty sure had John lived, he would’ve changed his mind in a hurry to cash in. When you’re young and restless, you have no idea just how valuable good memories are.

George Harrison said when John and himself were taking a break at a recording session, Paul would call them back to go to work. Paul was driven to put out as much Great Music as possible. If it weren't for him we would never have as much music from the Beatles. He was a workaholic.

@Komle Dott weird ones. It goes 0-1on the top string and then you bar the first fret and put your finger on the third fret bottom string. Then 0-1-3 on top string. Now bar the first fret and put you finger on the third fret top sting. Then C F. I'm not sure how much that'll help but still I hope it did.

As of many Beatles and Paul songs, they sound beautiful and and fancy but are really fairly simple to play sometimes. Ram On KA only 4 chords when played on ukulele and 3 are bar chords using only 2 fingers . It's that easy, but incredibly beautiful.

I really love paul and he's singing fine here, but it just made me thinking comparing this and the original recording how much his voice has changed via age and what's so sad is that he couldn't control that change. His distinct voice just left him, his wife died and his mother died aswell. I couldn't imagine the pain i'd feel if I was singing one day and listened to an old recording of myself and just didn't know who it was because it sounded so much softer.
