If each and everyone had to appear before the commission and every alleged corruption matter investigated it would have kept Zondo busy for the rest of his life. What was before Zondo just tip of ice berg. At least in open now but would have been a waste of time and money if information not used to properly investigate and prosecute the named people.

In my opinion the money spent over a period of 4 years seems reasonable. Take into account of the number of investigative attorneys used and their time spent and the catering provided etc. The npa with all its resources could not handle it. Zondo did the spade work for them.

State capture report is biased. It only targeted Zuma and yet Ramaphosa 's scandals were overlooked. State capture is currently alive under Ramaphosa' s tenure. Corruption by banks, insurance companies, NPOs and NPCs should also be investigated.
