Honestly, he is, and if the Cavs could actually acquire good players and not guys in their 30s averaging 12 ppg, Lebron wouldn't have ever needed to leave. The Miami 3 were going to go wherever lebron went, it was part of his negotiations, he was going to go to whatever team was willing to open their wallets, and he gave cleveland first dibs and they let him walk, and I think that's the epitome of organization. They were willing to overpay for Fat Shaq, and sell "Witness Protection" jerseys, but when offered the change to basically guarantee a ring in the near future with an elite big three, they were unwilling, and that never gets talked about enough.

I appreciate how they point out Lebron blamed his teammates for losing in big games while all he focused on was statpadding at the teams expense and then it even goes on to show how Pierce did what was actually necessary for his team to win 3 games (spend effort on defense guarding James at the expense of only averaging 14 PPG).
