Heard a vocal coach's analysis of Brian's voice. She said the way he sings is very challenging. She said he is not screaming, but uses high gain on his mic to create his sound. It actually requires a lot of vocal control to pull it off, which I'm sure has gotten harder with age.

not all of it. but good ole rock? They don't write it much, just dig out the old ones (which is fine but we need todays music writers to realize it can be made to fit today. Look at "garage rock" revival and the Black Keys for example. (what I LOVE) They are great. In many categories there are those who've taken the style and made it their own and CURRENT. I'm waiting for Motown music to become more than a retro sound. But we don't have determined girl or boy groups & sessionists around & no James Jamerson. sigh

I never thought of EVER seeing these three men on stage singing a song. Crazy, weird, and not bad at all really. And what sort of pants is Brian Johnson wearing? They are like skinny in the legs and then his hips look like he's a woman who has had kids and he seems to have a snake with some eggs in his pants. I don't know of another male who wears pants quite in the same way and at Brian's age, this is the last thing I want to be seeing or thinking about. Yuck!!
