Been there since his 1st episode in 1993. My parents had just gotten a divorce and this was my 1st weekend hanging out with my father, so we watched this "new guy" to see how he'd do. Nothing touches Paul's childhood stories. They are legendary in their hilarious horrificness. So much so, that on LIVE shows of his ten plus year HDTGM podcast, that as soon as he even hints at bringing up a childhood memory, the audience immediately Bristles with eager anticipation. And without fail, no matter where you think the story is going or how bad it will go, the actual story is always ten times worse. Love Paul's childhood stories.
