I met Paul in Germany backstage before KISS went on stage. He was just wandering the hallway and stopped to take photos with my son (signed my guitar, too). Super nice and just seemed like a cool guy.

I loved Kiss when I was younger!!! I saw this, and began to wonder if Paul could play the guitar. He seemed very nervous, and I didnt really hear him play, he kinda kept tunning and tunning. Here's To you Paul!! You know we love you!!!

I have to admit his artwork is pretty cool, not something you would expect from a rock star =) And I agree that he isn't overrated - he kept the band going; Gene Simmons said it himself that when everyone else gave up, it was Paul Stanley who kept driving the band. He didn't miss a KISS concert until 2007 and that was because of a rapid heartbeat (pretty good reason if you ask me). I just saw KISS this month and not only does KISS still rock but Paul Stanley still kicks major a** =D

He does just enough on guitar as he needs too but his song writing is second to none. He's GOD in my book!!! ( Honestly!! being a big KISS fan has got nothing to do with it :P )

actually when you tune a guitar you have never played or you are trying to tune into it ,you tend to have a look on your face that other people may not understand,hence the people on here thinking he is pissed off..he is just in his own realm trying to tune in...spend some time with some musos and u will understand this

@lolomokohej, You don't have to play 1 billion notes in a minute to be a great musician. Paul is a great songwriter, a good rythm guitarplayer and a great singer. He can play bassguitar and can make the most beautifull arangements if it comes to songwriting. Not to mention, one of the best rock frontmen out there.... That makes somebody a great musician. Period!

That's not true. Vinnie was kicked out because he wouldn't sign a contract stating that he was a member of the band, according to Gene and Paul... the video is here on youtube. Use the search terms KISS why they fired Vinnie Vincent and it will be the first result. THAT's why Vinnie isn't in the band.

Bryan Adams don't sucks on the guitar. He's a great rythmguitarplayer and he uses the musicinstrument to write some great tunes... Besides, he's got an absolute good ear, just because he knows how to make and write damn good harmonies in very good musically catchy melodielines. Can you do that inclusive leadvocals 2nd and 3rth voices? You got to do 'em right, for sounding like close harmonies If you can, I'm very curious at the results... Let me know!!!

Hell yeah Payl is handsome compared with Gene. But just listen to the melodic tunes on the "solo" album. The guy saved the best for himself. The only album of the four worth something.
