Ah man I hope you checked out Los Alamos when you were in the area. That place is staggeringly beautiful and full of history with the Manhattan Project. The only thing that wasn’t great is the altitude. I had a constant dull headache that never went away.

I live 35 miles from the Mine Shaft Tavern. We ride up a few times a month. It’s a cool place to hang out and listen to local live music. Just my preference, but that burger needs a little more grill action

Try an Amtrax burger. I took my kids for a 5 week tour around USA from Australia. From Washington to New York, we ordered a burger each from the food carriage.... blew our minds, it was everything American we wanted to taste. Cant replicate

Best burgers in USA from bars, taverns, food trucks you name it. Paul Hollywood should stick to baking, but I have my doubts if he can still actually bake. Don't use your baking skills you lose them. I can outbake his ciabatta recipe anyday.

You don’t lose your ability to bake. It’s not like cooking you literally just follow recipes exactly & use precise measurements. I worked at a famous bakery in my hometown from the time I was 16 through college, graduated 15yrs ago, & can still bake their menu to their standards. It sounds like you’re just hating on the guy with your post.

That's hilarious. Let's see a video of you making your ciabatta that is better than a world renown baker's...
