I had goat for the 1st time in Asheville, NC. It was a goat biryani dish and was delicious. I have also found its sold in some of our Indian markets not to far from me.❤

It is a shame that more goat meat isn't eaten in the UK or US. Much of the world eats goat meat as their main protein. Goats don't take up much space and will eat anything! I looked up the goat breed, it's a Boer goat! Paul Paul Paul I really do not like cinnamon in a savory or meat dish! Sigh. There is an Irish fella on YT that shows how to grow 100s of pounds of potatoes in tubs / containers. I grew two types of potato in my garden in tubs with multiple drilled out holes for good drainage from light-weight resin tubs from the home supply / garden store (22 inches wide and 17 inches deep). I chitted organic potatoes in egg cartons, on the window sill the end of January and they were ready to plant by the first week of March in my area. One was a yellow potato and the other was red. At the end of the season I simply dumped over the bins on a tarp to dig the potatoes and to cure them for 24 hours, let the skin fully dry out. Great fun!

How does goat compare to beef and pork in terms of sustainability? How long do anchovies keep after you open the tin? Can you freeze them?
