Four fingers to the eye when the guy swings at you… Brilliant!
@Raktaarion Жыл бұрын
to reaching the two small target points while the opponent is jumping around you will be not so easy . you can already do some training just Strike in the wall or a Stone with your fingers but you have to perform this with full speed and you will see for yourself how( brilliant) this technique is 😜 in reality you will rather hitting the scull of the opponent not his eyes and because of that fact your fingers will be broken faster than you think 👉👀

I need to know what brand of sweatsuit that is. I agree with premise, strike first, fast, hard. My dad used to tell me, when I was a kid, “if you have to fight, hit first, then go as hard as you can as fast as you can as long as you can”. He used to joke about being “kick/bite/gouge champion of NLR”😄. He was a rumbler for sure.

By getting the guys hands up with a feint is what you want so you can respond with a quick ridge hand to just below his ribs to the kidney area, to drop him! Its all about whether you intend to fight "fair" or your intent is to end the fight as quick as possible!

i like this stuff, especially rather hand stuff. i’m not there yet with the low line stuff, i know some people are so powerful and flexible that kicks can sneak a bit higher with ease. That said, I see the value, and here’s to hoping this sort of form isn’t with the average thug ☮️ Massive respect 🥊

I learned a few good moves by watching, however there were many places where your elbows were NOT up high, so everything did Not start from the elbows high position.

I’ve known Paul for decades and it’s no joke that he was hired by the Navy to teach hand to hand combat to their new “Seal Team Six” group. Years later, they took out Osama by the way. A past issue of Blackbelt magazine once named Paul one of the “20 toughest fighters on planet Earth.” He’s also been hired by numerous police SWAT teams and celebrities to train them. Also, he’s a brilliant kindhearted guy and a superlative martial arts teacher for many many years.

As a former martial arts instructor, and involved with multiple mixed fighting styles, this is one of the strangest I have ever seen....I would prefer to the basic routine of Avoid rather than engage, than try this silliness. This is a joke, is it not???? honest question here.

I want to see you in a real fight. This looks so undisciplined and hokie as hell. Kind of like that no punch knockout guy who wasn't able to pull it off because his toes were in the wrong position and cancelled out his ability. As a fighting Marine, I have racked up a lot of wins back in the days of Nam, no losses. I know real fighters when I see one, regardless of style. I am going to watch your whole series and hope to see something of redeeming value. You leave yourself open with no effective surprises. You certainly are a strange guy with wierd moves that are easily countered or have no value. I really would like to see you in a real fighting situation and see if you really can handle yourself against a real opponent. Surely you have some video of such a thing. To think you trained Seals, military and police along with an assortment of other folk really has me stymied. Regardless of my opinion, I wish you success in whatever you feel you are doing ! I wouldn't be referring to Bruce Lee in training others because his philosophy does not match with what you are doing, I met him once in real life, but that is another story not worth talking about but I learned a bit about him during the meeting. Well take care Mr. Vunak, I am wishing you the best !

How would you defend against jabs hooks and overhangs ? What style would you suggest is tai boxing ok for street fighting ?

You are ignorant! Learn who Paul Vunak is before you make a comment like that. Read about him and learn how he devolped his system. He has real experience and has been in hundreds of fights and hostile encounters. He has also worked as a bouncer in some very rough bars and clubs. Very much like the movie Road House. Your comment also was wrong about Bruce Lee. You obviously no nothing about him either. Paul took the best things from Bruce Lee. What he found worked in real fights and used those. People who knew Bruce Lee well and have seen him fight explained how he fought. What they described was the Straight Blast Paul teaches. Dan Inasanto who was Bruce Lee's friend and training partner said it was Bruce's favorite technique and it is what he used when he was in a real fight. That is why he taught it to Paul.

I wish Jack was actually making an effort. He's deliberately pulling punches and not throwing anything real. It defeats the purpose if your attacker really has No true intent to hit you. I like the idea but the demo is poor.
