As always, I gain so much from listening to Paul Young. It is a pleasure to watch and listen to him on many different platforms. Which can introduce Jesus to more people that might not have ever considered turning to the Lord. Thank you for this video.

Eve made me feel as a woman, I belonged in the Trinity. In the Christian culture, the feminine is demeaned. In Eve, just the opposite. It was so profound I had to re-read paragraphs to take it in. Beautiful.

Paul is just so loving! Every time I listen to him, I feel so incredibly loved and cared for. "EVE" is one of my favorite books. The first time I read it in 24 hours as I just could not put it down. I think this is my reminder to re-read!

I could never understand the killing of innocent people and even animals in the Old Testament and then see Jesus saying things like “if you’ve seen Me you’ve seen the Father” and trying to reconcile the two is impossible But when the scripture says that “all scripture is God breathed” I’ve tried to kind of just gloss over the OT and focus on Jesus. So my question is how does this way of thinking honour scripture and yet be true. I have always said that God IS love but also see Jesus saying things like “if your eye causes you to sin pluck it out, better to enter the Kingdom with one eye than be cast into hell where worm doesn’t die” I want to understand but I’m struggling somehow. Any thoughts?

That's what I couldn't understand either. I've been listening to baxter krueger and his series called the undoing of adam. And it really helps make everything make sense! And I listened to crossvision on audible and its about looking at the violence in the old testament though the crucifixion of Jesus. It's really good too!

Eve was published in 2015. His most recent book was published in 2018. I haven't seen anything be released of the new books he said he was working on. Thank you for listening.

What do you think about tithing? It seems like it’s religious. I like to give but do not like the Malachi 3 verse that speaks about cursing us if we don’t tithe.

I don't tithe or give. I used to and was always broke. My mantle is giving and I know I'm called to give away millions. But for now, I'm not tithing. Guess what? I'm not cursed

My hubby and I believe and have come to understand it is old covenant. We do not serve a cursing or punishing God. We believe in asking Holy Spirit when and who to give to. Fear is put into people in organized religion to keep "the business going." Our Papa God loves us and wants us to give out of freedom. (Great ministry to watch on here is Paul White Ministries. He's a wonderful teacher.)

God doesn't curse anymore than you would curse anyone you love. That's men speaking heresy. Not Gods nature.

@@stephanierevell4002 I totally agree (and I continued tithing. Since that I have more than before, I don t know, how. But I feel I have to do it.But that is not the main pont ín my life. My question is hell - forever? Anybody help - thank you )💚

@csgabriella5658 Hey, a couple of options here…we’ve talked about doing an episode on hell that might address some of that. But I’d be curious to know what other questions come along with it for you too? Would love to hear your thoughts as well. (Also, have you ever considered hopping on our Discord? This would be a great option for a place to have this convo!)

It is amazing how Christianity was deceived teaching people to be free from sin with their own will and own strength and then surprised why so many pastors fall into something! It is crazy teaching which is all about self salvation, weird self holiness, self punishment, etc
