Sadly it IS the album version. A def lip sync if you listen to it then listen to the studio version it matches up down to the second plus watch her lips she isnt exactly on time with the music if you look closely

She got so much flack for allegedly lip-synching in live performances back in the day, but she is clearly singing live here and sounding quite lovely at that. It's a real shame she never released another album after Head Over Heels. I can't think of anyone else who had such massive success (the first two albums were monster) and then essentially abandoned their career. It's as if the failure of Head Over Heels robbed her of her confidence.
