Yes Paula YES! I resonated so much as a fellow Christian mother with active boys, especially when you delved into making sure that your approach to healing aligns with God's Word. This has been a big spiritual awakening journey for me as well. Dan, your daily videos really get to the simple heart of the matter and that's why your work is making such a huge difference in my recovery. Consistency is huge and your consistent daily videos keep me in check.

Hi, Dan, thank you for all your work, it helped me so much in dealing with anxiety symptoms constantly. I have recommended your KZbin channel to some people in my circle that complained of having back issues but im amazed at how difficult it is for some to accept the idea that they are not broken. The people i have recommended your videos to are still complaining of their bad backs... 🙄

I always have the same pain and the diagnosis that I had sounds complete logical. What I learn from this is that my brain is just giving me large warnings al the time when it really might not be so bad at that moment in time. The covid times made things worse for me with the staying at home thing. I became scared of doing things. My medicine also made that worse, I'm off of it now and trying to just do things again. Thanks so much Paula for your very open story! I loved to listen to it.

Thank you for sharing so very helpful. And yes, I'm truly seeing the importance of understanding that the brain is operating off "bad data" & how we need to step in by way of corrective experience & shifting our mindset. The fear & attention I've had over my symptoms has lead to what you mention about the pain increasing/spreading (additive) & I can totally see that's because my NS has just become more hypervigalent & sensitive over time. So much so I now have created an area of allodynia. But I'm hopeful that I'm on the right path out!

These success stories are REALLY inspiring, Dan! Any chance we’ll see one showcasing someone who’s overcome severe allergies and sinus issues? It would be extremely helpful to me and others like me whose brains have shifted from pain to the immune system.
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 2 жыл бұрын
I don't have one yet, but that doesn't mean a TMS approach won't help. It will. Simply put, stress suppresses the immune system which will allow sinus and allergies to take hold. Stressing out about those issues is like stressing about an issue related to stress. The best bet is to implement a TMS approach and seeing what happens. There is no downside to an approach like mine which seeks to teach the brain safety.

I had hypothyroid resolve, weirdly, as other issues came up, but then I had hyperthyroid happen when I was under some very difficult circumstances. I determined that the stress response was what was really going on. My thyroid has completely normalized as I've convinced my brain that I'm truly ok.

@paulafulton4784
@paulafulton4784 2 жыл бұрын
I totally believe that my gluten intolerance is TMS. It came about in a very stressful time--actually right about the time that back pain began. I am still eating gluten free mostly, but I'm beginning to challenge it. So far, I have been fine when I challenge it, but I feel like I need some focused time to really prepare for it, if that makes sense.
