Hi and welcome to my channel. We have so much fun here and I really try and keep everyone smiling. I do love Elizabeth and Harlow. Very cute wigs and I bet you look amazing in them. I may try that Harlow one day bc she is full but she is short in the back for me but I may for summer. I wear alot of different shades and new lengths this past year too. Buttered toast is my lightest one so far. Some come in lighter than the other BT ones but when that happens I buy the L'Oréal root spray and darken the root and I'm good to go. I love this Pecan delight. She has just enough Golden highlights that reflect the light and make her not so harsh on us "Woman of a Certain Age"! :) You know never be afraid to come out of a comfort zone. I never thought I would wear as many styles as I do at this age but I am loving it! You go Girl. Big hugs, Barb 💕

I wish I could have a private consult with you. The more I look at wigs and colors the more confused I ge t. I'm 70 with visibly thinning hair. Medium skin tone, roundish face, medium dark hair with small amount of graying at temples. Should I still go lighter? My hair is currently slightly below chin length in a flipped up bob with no bangs. I like bangs but I don't have enough hair to do that. HELP!!!

Love the dance wig. Just beautiful. Have you ever thought about adding a beret cap or ladies small hat ? I'm new at wigs so far, but I've purchased two. One is for my model doll as I crochet clothing. I'm going to try small pretty hats for the winter and I did order the Paula Young catalogue. I love the Amazon wigs too. Anyway, dance looks great on you; any color. I'm all about romance design styles so my wigs need to have some sort of sex appeal in the style. Looks great!

Hi again. My suggestion for lip color with the color in this review, would be a peach nude or coral. Mac has a wide variety of textures and within a category, the same for colors. The color you’re wearing would compliment a gray, dark brown or blonde color wig. Looks lovely on you. A gloss such as Mac’s lipglass would enhance the pink color of the lipstick.

I’m waiting for my Dance (backordered) in Nutmeg Spice. Most of my wigs are dark brown, but a few are a little lighter and I’m trying to expand my color range. This will be my first auburn-ish wig, but I do have a beautiful Motown Tress wig in dark brown with burgundy highlights. I think Pecan Delight is a good color for you, but the coconut Carson is the best!

I love that Spiced coconut color so much and it goes with my skin tone so well but Carson is the only wig that has that color. So I can't try it in other styles. I got my Dance the other day and I love it! Reminds me of Raquel Welch Voltage, but better. And I love the Nutmeg Spice. It’s not so much red as more of a light-brownish. Looks a lot like Pecan Delight with a tiny bit more reddish tone (but not a lot). It would be a good color for you - we’re both lighter skinned Italians and if I can wear it, you can wear it. I say...go for it! I would love to see them come out with a dark brown with highlight (Auburn, blue, etc). Wig Studio has a video that features the color Smoky Mountain - GORGEOUS! It is dark brown and it has bluish undertones.

Oh...I should add that on the same day that I got Dance, I also received a wig I had ordered from eBay for $6. I love it! Cute style and full of volume. I think it’s called Aspen but I’m not sure. Amazing what you can find on eBay.

Marlene Olson oh this is good to know! I was afraid it was gonna be too orangey for my complexion because I am very olive toned. So now I'm going to order it and when I get it I'll review it thank you. I wish they would come out with a lot more highlighted colors myself like a medium brown with blonde highlights in the Paul Young styles almost like a pecan delight color only with more highlights I would love that!! Marlene Olson I need to shop eBay more! A friend of mine on here ordered a dance wig from eBay and it was horrible she sent it back. Well not sure she took it back really ! I told her maybe it was a used one because my dance wigs are not as bad as hers was. We did a collaboration together last year but her dance was nothing like my dance. So I was hesitant to order wigs from eBay because I thought maybe they are used or ones that people have sent back and they buy them out and resell them on eBay so I was always hesitant to buy from eBay on wigs that is! 💕

Mary how can I help you not be so overwhelmed? Junbug likes her hair straight and I like mine flippy. She did not keep her Dance bc it was too flippy for her. All her wigs she likes flat and straight. I am opposite. I love the styles on her but I can't get away with that I have tried but it just is not me. You just have to decide if you like flippy or a bob straight wig. She will help you out with those on her reviews. She is a great wig reviewer and I love her! Hi Janet thanks for hanging out ! Dance has always been such a cute wig ! I have to be honest Paula Young is having some issues lately with wigs ! It's like a crap shoot ordering ! I just had 3 subscribers order dance and one of the 3 had to return her for being to thin ! But the others loved her ! Anyway I love her ! Here are my measurements: I wear an average! From my forehead to my chin I'm 8 1/2" Circumference is 22" Ear to ear is 8" Ear to my shoulders is 5" Hope that helps :) For what it's worth the last two wigs I ordered from PY were beautiful! That color is really flattering with your skin tone and just your facial features I think it's beautiful I would have never have chosen pecan Delight however when you stated and it does look like it has a reddish tint I need that for my skin I need that warms so as we get older we need that warrant so I appreciate you posting this and I love the dance wig it's so adorable I love how high it flips up almost all the way up to your crown so thank you so much for sharing❤😘🌸🌻💕

I actually go this ponytail and little wispy thingy. Both in #44 which is only about 45% gray. They both still seemed to silvery for me and very shiny. I tool the dark spray shampoo you can get at the grocery store and sprayed them. It dulled that artificial shine and put a little more brunette back in. A Sassy Senior you can dull any synthetic hair with dry shampoo too! But that dye dulls it tooI did get spray dye for my first buttered toast wig cause I thought it was way to light :) I got use to it though after I dulled the shine 😍

I have also bought such expensive wigs, Raquel Welch who everyone raves about and me did not get along. They look nothing like her in the picture to me anyway. Spent a lot of money on them also. I got to PY via my sister in law who told me about them being so cheap like 3 years ago so I tried them. Very few went back so for the money I am happy. I just called them and they do not charge a restocking fee if returned before 60 days but I never keep them that long in case. If you use their return label they send you they deduct 8.95 off the refund but if you take it to the PO yourself it is alot less and they give you a full refund. No stocking fee at least that is what she told me the other day. So I am not out that much. I am just sending one back but have reviewed it for my next video to show what a mess she is. lol Thank you for stopping by and I do not see a platinum color on here. Betty do you have any bio hair? I usually pin my wigs on with bobbie pins to my bio hair. It never moves. Bobbi Pins are my best friend. lol If you do not I would get a good wig grip that won't be so tight on your head it gives you a headache. :) There is always wig tape you can get also. Your real hair is lustrous. But you also look great in wigs. Love the hair bands. Why not try growing your hair a bit longer? If you think it's too thin, try taking biotin supplements. I do, and it helps with hair and nail growth. I've been wondering what you look like without glasses. Through the years I've had so many hair styles. I once tried a wig back in the 60's but they were horrible back then. I also wore a fall. But you are one cool woman, and I can't believe that you hardly have any gray. My mother-in-law (yes, I still have one of those) had a friend who died in her nineties without a gray hair on her head. Have a superb day even though it's Monday.
