Rolling the dough up on the rolling pin is a great idea! I had not thought of that, and getting the dough into my dish has always been a challenge for me. Also, how in the world does Paula get the flour and dough out of her beautiful rings? If I forget to take mine off it's a huge chore to clean them. I would love for Paula to do a video about how she went from her restaraunt to being a world known cook. I bet she has a great story to tell about her rise to fame.

I watched this video yesterday, August 9, 2024. Your pie looks yummy! It's one of my favorites and will be making one soon. I have celiac disease so I don't bake as much as in the past. I am getting better though. I could never made a good piecrust and now it will be even harder. Good thing I can buy a frozen one to get me through. Anyway, when you plated the pie I loved your plate. I love jadeite, real or newer. I thought that it looked familiar, like maybe I had one. Well today I was walking by my China cabinet and there were two pieces of jadeite and there was the plate! So there were two things I love! Paula you have the best recipes and the coolest kitchen to video in.

Do you make breads, Paula? I would love for you to make an Orange-Fennel Bread. It's really quite delicious and I like it with my Orange Pumpkin Soup. But I've never seen a video for this bread.
