I am ROFL at the Unicorn Frap... and your comment about how it got bad later. LOL! I live for the urban decay setting sprays! Love them... Ulta has the best grapefruit body scrub if you like that. Butter also has amazing nail polish. I have yet to try the liner. It's on my to get list though... omg, the KZbin room footage has me laughing hysterically!!! And just when I thought it couldn't get funnier... Simon ate the fake flowers. LOL!

Thank you for showing your Ulta haul! Can't wait to see the vanity tour! I really like the LORAC palette. Also..I had tried a liner from Urban Decay and it was really soft going on. I actually end up using a darker shadow for liner. I use one of the Naked Palettes and one side of the eyeshadow brush has a flat brush that's good for liner. Or you can buy a slanted one too. Mac used to make a gel liner in a pot and it was amazing..I think they still make it but not sure what it's called. Went on easy and stayed put all day! I haven't been brave enough to try the unicorn frap but someone said it's sweet and sour..almost like a sour patch kid. Love the bathroom and that vase! And your rooms are fine! Just need to organize it all which I know takes time! You'll get there! I hope y'all aren't floating away up there! This rain has been insane! Hopefully after today it's done.

I might have to pick up the Urban Decay liner to try. I know the Mac one you talked about, I used it before and it was good. The Unicorn frap is yucky if you don't like sour. It starts off good and then tricks you. You should have seen the faces my boys & I made once we hit the sour. Sour and whip cream are not friends, that's all I've got to say, lol. We didn't float away but the creek behind our house became a raging river.... hope you guys were good too. We were planning to go to Crabtree on Tuesday, good thing we didn't. They closed it due to flooding again.

hmmm. $15 for urban decay setting spray? why pay that much when u can do a diy setting spray that will only cost you a few dollars instead!!! i have a diy one i use and it is 2 times better then urban decay setting spray...its the one with rose water in it..you should look into it shannon &it will save u lots of $$$$ depending on how often you by it.looking forward to seeing your new vanity.

This is NOT a hate comment, so please do not take it as such.... it is just something, that as a woman, I do not understand. Why do women like to smear chemicals, waxes and other things on their faces to hide and mask what GOD created?? God does NOT make mistakes, so why do women feel the need to hide their REAL beauty with FAKE "beauty". Like I said not a HATE comment, I am allowed to have my opinion, just as others can wear make up. I just don't understand it is all. I am soon to be 55 years old and have never worn a drop of make up.... off stage.... I did wear make up when I was in plays because the lights wash out your face.... and the Director forced me to do it, or take me out of the cast.... but I used as little as possible and I HATED it. I felt like I couldn't breathe with it on..... and I couldn't get it off fast enough. I dunno.... like I said, I just don't understand it....and the COST is is.... ridiculous for ground up powder they charge $30? What I could do with $30!

For me personally though I don't feel like makeup is hiding what you were blessed with, I feel like it is accentuating it. Same way I like to wear pretty earrings or bracelets I feel like makeup helps add to my natural beauty. I also feel like it is another way to express yourself, kinda of like art but your using your face as a canvas instead of well, a canvas. LOL. I would hate makeup that made me feel like I couldn't breathe as well, that sounds horrible but it's pretty cool that you used to be in theater. Yay!

paulandshannonslife Good to speak with you again. You and Paul got me through some VERY dark days with your videos and I appreciate you for that. You make a very good point. I just don't like it when women pile on so much makeup they look.... plastic. Using it to accentuate is the best way. I do know wearing makeup has been around since ancient Egyptian times, maybe even earlier. Yes, when I had to wear the stage makeup, I really almost couldn't breathe. BUT the consistency is much different to every day makeup.... it contains a lot of wax, so it blocks your pores. Thanks again! And Give Paul my best.... I would LOVE to see him bake a pumpkin pie ;-)
