Paul Anka was, is and will be one of the greatest singers in history, the most underrated in my opinion. Most people don't know that he is the writer of the best song Sinatra ever recorded, "My Way". Definitely one of the last great singers alive 🎶🎵

However I think it's quite diffrent because Anka's version it's not only a translation of the song, he changed the entire lyrics and added a powerful instrumental that makes it considerably better than the original one

I saw Paul Anka live at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut on June 1, 2024. He sang this song as well as all of his hits. What a GREAT SHOW IT WAS and He Still Has Got It now in his 80's. If you get the chance to see him live, "I highly recommend it" You assure you, you won't be disappointed.
