After reading quit a few comments I had to go back and watch it again, amazing what I missed: the one eating the corn, the one looking in his shirt pocket, the one who actually played a note, the rather large one sitting very relaxed on top of the piano with his leg stretched out towards Paul, and the little one that came back twice to sit on the keys and wrap his leg and hand across Paul’s arm. What an interesting experience for both Paul and the macaques. I found it rather fascinating to see how some really responded more to certain songs. Bravo Paul for your patience, you are a brilliant pianist and person!
@josephmonkele5992 Жыл бұрын
Actually they didn't respond to any songs at all. Studies have been done that proved that monkeys show no different brain activity when you play music for them. They're too stupid and undignified to appreciate something like this.

The Nundle Dog Race which was exactly as it sounds & was open to any competitor. My sister was visiting from Sydney so we dropped in, bought ourselves terrific coffee & then discovered the “girls”. The most divine singers who had no audience so I started dancing & my sister knitted. The Wool Mill had a “knit a square” invitation so my sister fixed other people’s mistakes & as I said, I danced. Pretty sure we would have bought coffee for these wonderful performers & this vid opened my memory of 20 years ago. God I’ve had a fabulous life. Della
