Thank you as always. This was quite intense for me. I appreciate that you take at least 10% of the whole workout time (example - 3 minutes out of 30) for stretching. The cooldown period is so often overlooked when coaches upload workouts to KZbin. The sciatic nerve stretch you include in some of your other videos (crossing your leg over your knee and hinging forward) is one of my favourites.

Hello Mr. Paul. Thank you so much for another great Tabata seated exercise routine. Just what I need to strengthen my quads, It band, lower back, abdominal/core and arms. And the end stretching and rotation of the core for the hips was just so soothing and felt so great. I also just love the soothing fountain background, made watching and doing the exercises that much more pleasant. I did your chair exercises every day this week except for Tuesday when I needed to recover from Monday . But I think I have gotten stronger since then, just by these seated exercises this weeks and so will hope to do another exercise from you tomorrow, I ll have to make myself a plaque that reads: exercise is my medicine, to keep in front of my exercise station. Bless you Sir Paul, I pray for you Mr Pauk Eugene for Gods Favour and Blessing on you in Christ Jesus Always Amen!. I am so grateful I found your channel. This is so awesome! I used hand weights and alternated standing and sitting. HR got up to 160! Definitely kept me an the RPE of 14-18!

I would like to see more of those core work activities you have done this is new I have never seen you do that one before. Can you do some more videos like that? I like those kind. I’m trying to lose weight and that was one that was a challenge to me thanks.

thank you so much. I originally was going to do an all core 10-minute chair workout without the cardio. The focus will be to strengthen the core and help burn off some of our belly fat. Would you like me to do that?

I'm so confused. I've done and enjoyed most of yout other tabata workouts but wanted something new and this was kind of a WTH? Used to everyone's tabata being 20" on 10" off x 8, then a 1' rest. This seemed like maybe 4 cycles between rests and more like 30-40" on then rest for more like 15-20. The guy on the recording telling you to start and go and keeping careful count of the timings seems very helpful. and we were launching into new movement after you said "And we're done..." Am I being too rigid in understanding what tabata is? The nearly 30' of working with a shorter warm up and cooldown makes it a nice length.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Not all Tabata are 20 on and 10 off x 8 then 1 minute rest. On this workout the format was as follows: formatted for 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest for 5 intervals with a 1 minute recovery at the end of each cycle.
