That is one big baby Wow Paul that opening really blew any cobwebs (if they exist) out of the church - then you enjoy going through what this instrument is capable of with your talented hands.

Hi, lieber Paul.

Those stops that weren’t working may be only prepared for and haven’t been installed yet. According to Noack’s notes there are 4 stops prepared for. A 8’ Stopped Diapason, 4’ Principal, 4’ Flute, and a 2’ Fifteenth which are part of the Continuo Division. Beautiful demonstration Paul!

Hi Paul. It is so very awesome and generous that you played so many of the greatest American organs in New York State, Washington D.C., etc., and are sharing it so well with all of us. I send you a thousand thank-you's from the penguin organ guild. ❤🐧

5:25 I literally cannot tell the difference between principals and some of the string stops in the world of pipe organs. Sometimes I can tell that a gamba stop is a gamba stop, but sometimes it sounds just like a principal.

Dear Paul, what a lush organ! It’s rich but bright . The chiff is just right for the beautiful reverberation in that sanctuary. Your sense of registration is superb. Between your genius writing and your artistic ability, you are my favorite Organist! Stay well and I look forward to seeing/hearing you on your next video. Royden

WOW! What a brilliant sound, Paul. That church is quite a gem on The Hill, apparently. Thank you for showing us the organ at St. Peter's, and giving an inspiring demonstration of what it can do. I'm very happy you enjoyed your U.S. tour. Bravo!

This is a wonderful demonstration of a beautiful Noack organ. Noack is one of the few American builders that maintain traditional mechanical tracker organ actions. They are know for their beautiful design and casework also. Wonderful voicing in this great acoustic room. Thank you ,Paul, for showcasing this fine example of modern American organ building.

Love your smile on the Tutti. This is an impressively powerful and reasonably balanced instrument. I appreciate the actual attention given to the reed stops in that there are a few possible tonalities and then some actual power. To bad they didn't do a large 32 foot reed. Mark

When you play a new organ to you, is it necessary to familiarize yourself to the stops layout, or are all organs pretty much the same? great tour, thanks Paul.

I like to compare it to driving a new car - its similar in general, but each one got it’s own twist 😀

Sorry but please don't talk while demonstrating. Use subtitles. The pipe organ is an instrument of nature. I guess I'm biased because I'm an introvert.

He’s a human, as all humans do, as you do every day, as I do every day, we talk. You cannot tell someone not to use the voice that god gave them. Just remember that god put us on this earth, we as humans invented the pipe organ. And do you know what is usually right along side an organ in worship? People singing. Which counts as talking. I’m not trying to be mean or rude. I’m just explaining. Enjoy the organ, and the video and try not to worry about him talking. It’s okay man.
