@8:55 Paul pulls the Flute harmonique stop on the left. Then @8:59 he pulls a stop on the right, which causes the left one to be pulled in. @9:24 he pulls out the stop on the left again, which (he doesn't seem to notice) causes the stop on the right to be pulled in. This organ has a registration-mind of its own!

Haha, yup thats what I thought as well. But the reason simply is that the Flute is used on both the Swell and the Great and simply „shows as added“ the the Manual you last pulled it out 😀
