Have you experienced the fog? I did, it was dry, not a fog, the temperature rose, i did not smell anything strange i can recall, i was perfect and i got very sick in hours. Have you considered volcanic activity and sulphur dioxide? I'm in the Netherlands and we had fog the 26/27 .... I repeat I was perfect, and in few hours burning nose and throat than I started to feel sick , and I was sick for days, and I couldn't sleep, plus my cat started to act scared, isolating, hissing if I got close, and she pooped in the shower, normally she is always out in the garden and for a week she hid on the last floor . That was no fog, it was dry and you could not see the particles unless in a camera screen with a flashlight, I know what fog is, I Ve seen fog million times and I never thought wow this fog is very strange untill last week, I have no conspiracy only questions, how can be this fog was in so many places at the same time and gave people the same symptoms? Your examples are valid if the event was a local event, this is intercontinental!!!

Before I even watch your explaination Paul. I came up with my own.. 2024 was the hottest year humans have dealt with. VPD exists.. Having been the hottest year, the soil beneath our very feet is also the warmest it has ever been... A sudden cold damp snap encountering such soil...could easily cause strong levels of cold steam (fog). And if it is ripping moisture from inches, perhaps even feet from below the soil, of course it could be laden with all sorts of decay smells and even chemicals and bacteria.

I saw a video shot somewhere in the US of what was supposed to be pea soup fog. The person who shot the video was finding it weird. It was quite light with a visibility of about 40 yards. Certainly not a pea souper. In the 1980's I remember trying to drive in fog that you couldnt see the end of the hood/bonnet in. It was ridiculous. I didnt find the recent fog anything other than just thick fog. There seems to be a lot of paranoia about at the mo.

😂 No, it's fracking polution, it gets out with temperature delta. Fracking occurs primarily in the US, Canada, Argentina, China, and parts of Europe. Methane is the main gas produced, but sulfur compounds can also appear. Under certain conditions, a sharp temperature change may lead to a smelly haze at ground level.

Nice of you to read some historical records. This fog was different. Too many days. Too many varied locations. Yes, possibly cold ground and warmer air and no wind. But some of the locations were snowless. Where I live in Ontario, the fog was normal. It hung in valleys. We had a warm front and snow over. This does not explain the chemical smell… much like swimming pool chemicals. We get the chemical smell in the very still forested valley I live in. The spruces and pines do not give off the turbines odour any more in warm damp weather. Too many oddities.

well said Joyce. Don't let them fool you. Cyclotronic weather mod bomb cyclones induce the inversions, which are the same stratospheric conditions warmer on top, cooler below with ozone layer in between that blocks harmful UV rays from penetrating to Earths surface. So theyve conditioned for the same ground ozone accumulation but clearly this is not typical winter smog, globally simultaneous, its a globally coordinated health & life risk event. Take precautions, avoid exposure, inhalation.

Air pollution “point sources” are very localized, and people know the industries in their specific location. Normally, their air pollution up smokestacks, etc. rises high into the atmosphere and gets spread out and thus diluted to lower concentrations very quickly. With a strong temperature inversion, suddenly all this air pollution is trapped in a surface layer, even as thin as 200 to 300 meters (660 ft to 990 ft). It is trapped in this small space and gets more concentrated to very unsafe levels very quickly.

@@PaulHBeckwith yah, I was thinking the fog was not so stinky, here in my rural, low density area of Minnesota. But two questions: 1. Why, or how, was this event so very wide-spread? Was that the case in any of the historical events you referenced? 2. Could increased methane levels play any part in this particular massive fog event? 2.
@PaulHBeckwith
@PaulHBeckwith 16 күн бұрын
@@trulyaghast9712 When there is a widespread warming from a large high pressure system (anticyclone) that brings the temperature in the winter from below freezing to above freezing, there is suddenly a lot of organic decay in the top layers of the soil, lots of water on the surface and from the melting snow (if its there) and in the soils evaporating, producing the water vapor and fog, which is essentially a ground level cloud. Coupled with the inversion, the fog becomes smog and can linger around for days. Normally, fog is an early morning phenomena, which "burns off" as the air warms and the water droplets creating the fog evaporate but often in the winter when the overall sky is overcast and the Sun is lower on the horizon the fog persists for several days at a time. It is widespread since the weather systems can be widespread... I doubt that methane is playing a role in more fog, but I cannot say for sure.
@trulyaghast9712
@trulyaghast9712 16 күн бұрын
@ Thanks, Paul! It seemed that the articles you highlighted, referenced cities, not countries, as being under these clouds. I was surprised last week, to hear about the fog in Queens, NY, as we were still under a days-long cloud, and then to hear on-line, all these conspiracies about fog, not just in this country, but also in the U.K., that coincided still, with our Minnesota event, and was astonished at how wide-spread this was. So sounds like, essentially, there was a wide-spread warming event. Which is right in keeping with recent warming trends. And no, there is no snow here this year and none forecasted. Plus, with all the alarms going out for unusual cooling, I do not see a single double-digit negative temperature (F) forecasted through this or next month. Not even for the nighttime lows. And that is highly unusual. Hot. Hot. Hot. And getting hotter.

We had 2 very dense fogs yesterday. But they smelled of nothing, thankfully. Although fogs do occur here in Scotland, there have been a few since Christmas, and that is perhaps a little more than usual. I just assumed they were a result of more water vapour in the atmosphere as it warms. But this is the first I'd heard of them having a bad smell.

Someone pointed out that inversion layer could trap "fracking pollution". After giving it some thought it is possible that during inversion layers, many other point source of pollution could be trapped at or near ground level. There has been an unprecedented amount of large industrial accidents over the previous year in america. Multiple country-spawning polluted plumes and ground deposition layers of many unknown pollutants. And many other type of spillages. During an inversion layer, the still degasing and/or mobile compounds are also trapped near the ground with other aerosols, and get into the fog. What also not help is agricultural sprayings, because most fields and pastures are sprayed with a large array of chemicals, that during an inversion layer, same thing, remobilisation of compounds that could also go into the fog. Last but not least, during Operation Sea Spray, it is well known that the navy used the natural occuring fog to hide its own weaponized fog. The conclusion is that smog composition need to be analyzed on a case by case basis, and it's not "just fog".

@@itsdan722 I think it is because there is a depopulation agenda going on in America and the information is somewhat suppressed from the public. In any case, it is certainly not a coincidence as nothing has been in America since at least 1963. :) I don't see anything else. Do you?

“The Fog” really was a great film. Re-watched another John Carpenter movie recently, “They Live” - whoa Nelly. Somehow contrails have something to do with this no doubt. It’s a conspiracy of absurdity.

This also doesn’t do much to explain the snow like particulates that have been filmed and has collected in a white watery substance on cars/windows. I suppose it could be condensed pollution of some kind but I really don’t know what or why an official statement/advisory wouldn’t be given in those areas. The weather says fog, wouldn’t there, in a sane world, be an air quality advisory if it was this simple well known explanation?

Seems like gases arent exchanging enough ; especially if theres a release that is heavier than usual. Sulfur smells bad but rotting flesh also is bad. Some video has dripping of the mystery orbs around cities ..insaw at leadt one video that shows metal melted as they dripped. My concern is if its return od space jumk from all the science and or if et is showing a true bout ready near you showing soon.

The most suspicious part of all these articles about 'mysterious fog' is the videos used. In some, the fog looks like a fog; in others it looks like snow/ash flakes blowing around; i include ash because in some videos it looks like snow, but they claim it's above temperatures viable for snow. In one video used in some articles, someone is asking what foam/bubble clouds are gliding across the ground; the type that typically forms after fire foam is used. For examples, look for results after fire foam is used at airport/hangar fires. I'm curious about what's going on because there's so much conflicting information being passed around, and all we hear are the wildest theories and conspiracies for no reason besides normal is boring, normal doesn't get the clicks. Also, how many are making claims that can't be proven, again, to get the clicks?

Essentially the anglosphere has lost it completely. Its called fog. FOG. No reports from Denmark, the Netherlands, northern France???😂 No, they know a good fog when they see it.
