Nice neighborhood and 🏠 has curb appeal, entrance foyer w/spiral stairs 👍🏾…(2) 🧺 rooms, spacious 🛌rooms tho small closet space; not enough backyard but if property line goes beyond fence that’s definitely a plus 😉; overall this 🏠 has a lot of potential 👍🏾

When we purchased our 🏠 I’ve walked thru 10 and wasn’t happy; the final home spoke VOLUMES too me and my HEAVENLY FATHER said, “this is the 🏠 I want you to have”…I stood in the kitchen and cried 😭 opened my 👀 nothin but sunshine 🌞 💫beaming and told my realtor no need to look any further this is our 🏠 20yrs ago 💫🥰. Now we’re planning to relocate S and I’m very much interested in ATL seen so many but only have (4) saved and held onto my DREAM home by designer Flora Di Menna (10yrs ago) 💫🙏🏾🥰

So why do I you pay 899,000 dollars for a house that has 3000ft. of unfinished basement,, this is highly overpriced. If I going to spend a million dollars on a home, I would reconsider,the home itself is nice,it's not million-dollar quality.
