I’m 45 and just retired from the military this year and moved here to the Philippines and been here for a few months and it feels so good to be happy again. I had too many failed relationships in the United States and I was completely over dealing with American woman. I was always the main source of income and I just felt like an ATM but here I feel like I’m appreciated and I get to be the man in the relationship. I spent over a year watching videos and it’s exactly what I was expecting and I’m so happy that I made the move. I had a lot of people telling me I would hate it here and 99% of those people were females back in the United States. 🤣. I actually feel like I’m home and I am so happy to be welcomed here in the Philippines.

I love that you are talking about this potentially prickly subject. I'm a woman about 25 years younger. I used to call myself a feminist, meaning I believe in equal pay for a job. Now I think it means a different thing all together. What I do know is that lying in my partner's arms and hearing that everything is going to be okay is one of the most beautiful things in the world. He works while I have brought up our daughter who has huge medical problems. I cook dinner every night and try to make sure that when he comes home there is half an hour to decompress. Our only holidays is bush camping and fishing. We are poor but happy. Well there's my 20 cents worth.

The trouble with feminisms is that it sets too many women as hostile and quarrelsome and ready to jump at the slightest perceived infringement. That is not good in a relationship where ideally two partners should work together as a team and allow some give and take. Sadly men who are accommodating (give and take) are seen as weak all too often. I however have no problem with women reaching their full potential in any field as it's only good for the advancement, or contribution to, of society for all of us. We all benefit. This would also give credit by merit which is the fair and best way.

You most definitely are the exception to the rule Sir. For most American Males, it’s not as simply as finding a foreign woman today that would be that Unicorn most men are looking for. A woman that isn’t a feminazzi and or color her hair all different weird colors and has arms and legs full of tattoos but a woman who has a feminine trait of her own and isn’t at all too masculine for the average Joe. Most American males who are searching for the chance to find his mate, the one woman who will respect him and allow him to lead her and like it and allow her guy to provide not just a great life to them, but also allow her man to demonstrate his manly leadership in their lives.

Your absolutely 💯 correct. Western women are so desperate to prove that they don't need a man that they have destroyed the basic part of a relationship. My filipina was ofw in sg when I met her and sending her money back to Philippines for her 2 young kids. She was going without and sacrificing her life for them. I knew deep down she wished she could be with them. After getting to know her for a year and realizing she was the kind of woman that I was looking for i offered her the chance to go home to be with her kids. I promised her that I was serious about her and she trusted me enough to take a chance with me. That was 10 years ago and I have gotten to know that she appreciated what I did and we have been planning to be together. I had been spending my vacations with her every year with intent of retiring in 2020 to go there. Well virus came and delayed my return. Now I have my return planned in September. She is everything I need to enjoy the rest of my life. I give her a secure life and she gives me the love and appreciation I never had with Western women. Great subject.

Next thing you know it was the next morning and I had the most restful sleep I ever had in my life. At breakfast I asked, "What was it you did last night?" I feet genuine love when she replied, "I gently rubbed the worry lines from your brow while singing a song my father had taught me in the Papaya fields." That ruined me for American woman. I've had girlfriends, I've been treated as a walking ATM, I've bought property and been scammed with it, I've been married. My advice to anyone new going out there would be to keep yourself very private and low-key. Date but don't commit, live alone, don't let girls move in with you, have a source of income from outside the Philippines. Do not invest in anything there, Do not buy property, do not build a house, do not even rent an unfurnished place and buy your own furniture coz that ties you down. Live care-free and without commitment. Don't live in one place for too long. Move around and treat it like one giant holiday.

I'm an American woman. When I was married in 1973 my husband was Army. We could talk for hours and on payday he would hand me his paycheck keeping $10 for his, at work, coffee fund. I ran the home, the bills and the children. He would never once Tell me what to do, we discussed everything, and enjoyed it, because we were partners. The last 12 year relationship I had with a man I paid all the bills except the $450 rent so that he could afford his dually diesel large bed, double cab truck - because I loved him and put him first. I fed the 2 horses, 2 miniture donkeys, the 5 dogs (3 of which we inherited from his mothers death - none of the other kids wanted. They just wanted the car, TV, etc.) and 3 cats. I kept the 3 acres of foilage trimmed back and was a volunteer EMT for our rural community. America changed when corporations took over the government. No wage increases so women went to work, for less pay I think. You are right, some women have taken equality to a ridiculas level. This ruins it for all women. You never mention the way men have changed here. It is just as hard for women, here, to find a real partner as it is for men. I see change but I also consider the source of these changes. I miss Cronkite and True News. America has changed, not for the better. Real relationships are partnerships. Respect for the contributoin from each (hoping there is a contribution from each). The type of manly, giving, loving, considerate, hero man you describe here is hard to find. I'm glad that you found yours.

Your post is telling. As is well known by now, Cronkite was a closet liberal (borderline communist) socialist and was instrumental in helping to transform America into what it is now--not by lying, but by slanting stories, and only telling you the stories he and his cronies wanted you to hear to advance their agenda. He was a godless, conniving, degenerate. He fooled you too.

Or a Nurse with a purse (same as above, just with money). I gave up on Western Men. I love being a Woman in my role. However, I can't do my role if my Partner isn't doing his.

We have 2 beautiful children now age 11 and 8. I have been through the entire gamut of things you talk about, and it always makes me smile. Hi Paul, Can you tell me if you have any experiences about if Christian Filipino is a good dating site or not ? When it comes to meeting a good Filipino lady. I know two ladies and they actually live close to You near Dumaguete. One is an English teacher in Bacolod and the other one is a model in Talisay. Haha ))) I will be quite well off with my Australian pension, the rent on my house in Australia and the $200,000 cash I have. By the time, I pay my home expenses, eg strata fees, rates and water in Australia, I will receive about $3,200 Australian a month which is about $2,250 US $ a month. So I'm not rich but I'm not poor either. Your show is great. I realise that i will have to pay $2,000 to $2 500 a year for medical insurance. I do not want to live in the big cities. I'm more interested in being with the right lady and they both live on your island. I will visit and meet the girls and chose one...... When I am 67, I will have things organised and I will move to the Philippines. I like the Philippines because they can speak English and I have had video calls with Thai girls and I don't want to have that communication problem. It drove me mad. Thailand might have better inferstructure but there lack of English is a deal breaker and I find Filipino women more beautiful. Do you have any suggestions ? I'm being very logical about how I'm doing this ))) So we're you live has places were you can scuba dive, I hope !? Thankyou Paul Regards David from New south Wales Australia 😀

I can understand the appeal of going to a place where the culture revolves around male and female's traditional roles in society, especially when in America that's fast becoming a losing battle for both sexes. The dynamic in place when I married my wife in the late 70s was similar, at least in the Philippines; and after several failed relationships in the U.S., when I happened upon Mindy while visiting the Philippines I couldn't believe my eyes and ears. A woman who was, while industrious and ambitious, perfectly comfortable with being who she was and comfortable in her role as a wife and mother. I hadn't experienced that in the States -- _ever._ So when I was introduced to the culture and learning more and more about my wife I just wasn't gonna pass this up. Deep down in the darkest recesses of my soul, I _wanted_ to be her "knight in shining armor," because that was the expectation for a man when I was growing up, and I was content in that role even at times when I didn't want the responsibility. And my wife was ok with it. It was only later that I realized how lucky I was -- my wife was no wallflower, no pushover. This girl could fight her _own_ battles and made it clear she wasn't gonna put up with _my_ bullshit either. That actually relieved a lot of burden off my shoulders, because now I didn't HAVE to be the "white knight" if I didn't want to get involved in something; my wife was able and ready to make those kinds of decisions and do what needed to be done, and I was fine with that. A genuine partnership -- where neither of us had a problem being vulnerable with each other. In the States nowadays relationships boil down to who wants POWER; and POWER is measured in terms of cold, hard cash in many relationships. A loving relationship between man and woman isn't a business deal, or at least shouldn't be. I didn't have to compete with that when I met my Filipina wife, and so yeah, I dove into that head-first and have never regretted it. Now that she's gone I have no desire to date here in the US -- none. It just isn't worth the aggravation; it's not supposed to be an arm-wrestle for _power._ For the most part men of my age just want genuine companionship without the baggage. Been there, done that.

👍👍👍 Thats it! 2 years ago I made the decision to live my retirement on the Philippines. I started to inhale every information, every vlog about the Philippines as a place for retirement! It was not hard to make contact to pinay girls as there are some platforms for single pinay girls all ages who look for serious relationship and after some little scam finally I set my boundaries and found a year ago my love! From the very first moment I saw myself as part of her family, because you cant have a relationship with a pinay girl without involve her family! Its simply the culture! In this video you gave the most valuable information for guys who expect its getting easy to find the right girl! 1. Protection and personal responsibility for the girl and her family is a must! The guy (Cebu) in the story you told is a dreamer. Sure philippine girls will never invest their own money for vacation, because this would be very egoistic to her family. Because for all expenses the family needs have to be considered. If she dont have to support the family it would even be a bad step to spend money on a vacatioan and leave the family back home. 2, The dream of every pinay girl, beside travelling is to own land and a house near to the family! The Cebu guy should consider this facts and the fact that as a foreigner you cant own land on the Philippines. His crush just want him to pay HER FAMILY's house and HER vacation! Thats it! I dont know much about pinoy culture but at least I know. Every investment you make is fanally in the hands of your wife/gf! So either you want to be a supporter, or better stay in your country! THANK YOU PAUL for all your Efforts! Best wishes from the middle of Europe! P.S.: I will retire in 5 years and so God will, we will meet then in Valencia. btw I will never knock on your door in espect of your nap! 🙃

Paul I "am 55. And I completely agree with the men you have met and the couples as well. It seems like in the last 20 years things have changed so dramatically. I thought it was just me .I was married to a woman that was just great she was so independent when we first met and yet so caring to her extended family. and she and I just hit it off from the beginning. We went out for almost a year. Then we're married for ten. Unfortunately I lost her to cancer. I "am like you I have caught myself calling women hun and have not have any other meaning behind it .it's just how I "am I see how some of the younger men act in their not showing simple manners to what is supposed to be someone they care for and I see how someone the women are just so angry and are the typical man hater. And I will not lump all women in this category. There is some that younger then me and I know them personally and they are very good. But it's becoming a different world in the US. And I see a trend that i"am glad that my age is 55 and not 25 because don't want to see how things will be here in united states in another 30 years.

I still loved her but she had zero respect for me at the end and spoke to me like I was the slime that just crawled the sea and eventually she said I don't need you anymore. That line ended our marriage and it was for the best, we just didn't want to be with each other anymore. We are now good friends and talk to each other on good terms but we both know that getting together again is not a good idea. We both found out that finding another partner that wants to be with you and support you out of love and genuine affection and respect in the west is not easy or possible anymore. Australia, New Zealand were their primary choices, until..... They experienced Australia, New Zealand. Infact, Australia, was their preferred choice. I asked what happened to the planned move, down under, &... The reason was that Australia was EXTREMELY, woke!.. Now.. This family member is pretty 'right on' himself.. So.. Tbh, it must of been bad for him to have decided to 💯% scratch Australia off of the list. that was about 3-4 years ago, btw. I'm not criticising your opinion/experience, of Australia, but.. As I mentioned above, this family member is very, left leaning/'right on' himself.. So... Going by his description of the Aussie Man & the 'wokeness' down under.. Apparently.. Again, according to his experience/description. Australia 🇦🇺 being far worse than New Zealand 🇳🇿 I would have to disagree. Please note that I am going entirely by his & his wife's description of how Australia is, 'extremely woke'!

Man Paul, you really hit the nail on the head with this vlog. I have felt for years now like American women don't want or need a "Man". At least they think that from the indoctrination they have been bombarded with over the last 40 years. They get it from the media, schools, other women, and the government. We men here, who were raised in the traditional role of a man, are totally befuddled. I too have been berated, yelled at called names by women whom I was just trying to be polite to. Once just for calling a lady Maam, which in my part of the country was taught to boys from birth as a gesture of respect. I can tell you though that, although they won't publicly admit it, the women themselves are frustrated and confused as well. They are also instinctually ingrained with feminity, but as fighting against nature to be more like and compete with men. Until I retired about a year ago, I used to give little bbq get-togethers at my home for my co-workers, mostly women. While listening to their conversations I learned that they aren't that thrilled about how life has turned out for them trying to be the man in their family or trying to compete with the men around them. They are shocked that they feel unfulfilled and confused by the roles that have been foisted on them. So, it's a mess all around. For me, I'm in the process of traveling, Latin America and yes also to the PI where there seems to be a little sanity left in the gender role department. I hoping to find a place that is comfortable, affordable, and gives me the opportunity to meet a lady that is not confused about her role as a woman and potential partner. If and when I find this place I will settle there. I fear that the US has just gone too far off the deep end. Sad situation though that might be. So, god bless and I'm looking forward to meeting for the cup of Joe when I get there.

There are still plenty of us American women who find writing everything gender neutral absurd and who aren't radical feminists marching in Washington and who would like nothing more than having a nice quiet traditional relationship with a man.......And with that I will say it's hard to find a good single or divorced good man in America. Most widowers are too hung up on the deceased spouse and have too many widower issues years later. Too many problems. Then theres a good number of men that are gay. .....The remaining men either have a chip on their shoulder from their divorces about how they got screwed or only want companionship/mostly sex and wonder why women get p*ssed off.....Nice traditional men don't exist any more at least not in America.......A lot of American men have ruined it for themselves and other men due to their sexual hit and run dating expectations that have left MANY American women hurt & distrustful of men. These jerks have forced women to be independant and then you guys don't like it when you meet a woman who makes more money that you do....A lot of American women are tired of men's bs and would rather be alone then put themselves out there so they don't get hurt anymore......We live simple quiet lives & aren't pushing feminist agendas like you are mentioning in the workplace......I would be very happy to date a gentleman, someone who knows how to open a door for a woman, and I would be grateful. I always make it a point to say thank you when a stranger holds a door for me & I, in turn, hold doors open for anyone behind me....I know seveal single never married guys that only want sex. They will date someone for 2-3 months then dump them and that had been their history all their lives and they are still doing this into their mid-60's....And I have been the object of this in my 30's-40's-and 50's.....So you see, what goes around, comes around. I am not saying this in an angry way. I'm saying it in the sense of their are consequences for certain behaviors......If men "are only out for sex", then men need to realize women don't like being treated that way and will either turn angry towards them or just simply quietly walk away from even getting involved with men anymore....Again, there is nothing more than I would like than to find a traditional male but I have been hurt too many times by insincere men that dating isn't worth the hassel anymore. I live a simple quiet life and focus on my relatives, friends, work & fun things.

Men, have lost the ability of critical thinking, and have become poor decision makers. Great video. I've been to PI many many times when I was in the Navy. I'm 52 - I'll be done with child support in 7 more years, at which point I'll be heading there to retire.

Paul. I agree!! However, I seen the flipside too. Men not wanting to do that. I had to take it upon myself and did not want to. There are a lot of American men who are shirking the man role.
