I've always been jealous of people that so obviously good at something. Paul never has to wonder about what he was supposed to be. He is a musician. He was meant to be a musician. This planet NEEDED him to be a musician. He has his place in the books now as one of the most important musicians in history. He did what he was supposed to do. No one can convince me this dude was meant to be... a plumber, or a lawyer. Still going too... still writing good songs, still performing great live. If he ever retires, I am going to be PISSED (not likely, I think he loves music too much)

My favorite song hands down. It's a masterpiece period. It has so many changes that build up to a climax. No other Beatle could have made a song like this. This is Paul McCartney at his best. He is great at Turning a song into an anthem. Paul seems to create very nice sounding songs with alot of different instruments that create sounds that are so pleasurable to the ear. It's Actually very complicated to string together songs like this so magically like Macca. They end up sounding perfect. Like how he strung together the Abbey road medley and other songs like Live and Let die, A Day in the life, Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey, etc. Watching the Get Back movie made me really see how his mind is always looking for complicated things or a different way of trying a song to sound better. He always adds something extra to the songs that he's part of. In the get back movie, you can see his influence and ideas. He seemed to not want to do the basic simple song all the time. Just a really gifted musician with a great ear for what would sound great...and that was 50 years ago. He has so much knowledge from over 65years of living with music and constantly playing. Nobody in the Beatles had the drive like McCartney. That's why he's still creating and learning new stuff today.

John Lennon wrote "Happiness is a Warm Gun" two years before "Band on the Run". It has 3 songs in one.

If only there’s a miracle that could make Paul live longer and make him younger again so that my generation will get to watch him perform live. Damn I was just born in 80s. Im jealous for those who get to watch The Beatles and Paul himself live
