Thanks for the info Paul! Really helpful. I’m currently trying to get shredded for the first time in my life before I turn 30 in June. I’ve been wondering how to approach the final part of my diet to get the best look possible as I’m creating KZbin videos about the process. This helps so much. Hey Paul, I'm weighing 84kg with a height of 1.8m. Do you think it's a good idea to go on a calorie deficit until I reach around 70kg and then start a light bulking phase to gain lean muscle mass? considering that I don't have any accurate way to measure my body fat percentage.

120g of carbs does not deplete all your glycogen.

just depends on the source, rice, potatoes, cereal, sugar is also a great carb source to load on for it's easy digestion and no fat.
