I don't have any fancy equipment. Use horizontal bars at a park. Unfortunately the parallel bars are too wide for me to try do anything further than try support my weight. Can do inclined push ups, a few negative push-ups, bar rows, brief dead hangs & a few other basics. Do dips on park benches. Have given up on handstand as the pressure was bothering my eyes. Not sure if I will always be at a "beginner" level. Middle-aged, overweight woman. But to be able to do the above has taken time & effort & I have developed muscle tone & better posture.

You helped me unlock kick to handstand. The key was kicking up not forward. And also (pre)loading the body on the arms (so pushing slightly forward with shoulders) before kicking up. Which apparently enable you to « catch » the body more easily once the legs are in the air. Now I need to hold for more than 5 secondes…

I have watched many of your videos about balance strength and mobility and they are one of the best on yt But I don't know how to train faster for balance mobility and strength together , can you tell me a daily schedule like we do in gym push pull leg

3 times a week I do pull ups, dips, straight arm raises, decline ring push ups and dumbell shoulder press, I practise L sit and hand stands but don't see much progress, 15 second L sit is not great

Hard to say why you’re not seeing much progress without assessing everything. Try mixing up the reps, sets and progressions. Think about your goals reverse engineer the progressions to your current level

@@PaulTwyman i can increase sets etc, or weights for some moves. Will look for ways to train L sit differently and increase strength and keep trying hand stands. I do wonder if i should be doing something else other the same routine for 3 days every week
