59:17, upper right portion of the picture, PC uses a hub, but also another port on the switch, should it be one more collision domain?

Can I just check, at 59:37 it mentions that only a router will break up collision domains. Should this be broadcast domains?

Switch and routers for collision yes, router for broadcasts and vlans on a switch.

I started my career as a grunt pulling cable over 12 years ago. The fact that they are no longer teaching 568a or 568b is amazing and appalling! Having someone in my data center or wire closets making color codes up on the fly I'd be real upset! It's a standard for a reason!

Now it's just matching colors wires to colored pinouts/punch-downs. But if you know T568A and T568B, it' makes, making cross-over cables easy. :)

I thought Cat 3 10BASE-T would be 10Mbps rather than 15Mbps? Is that deffo correct, as I've always seen it written as 10mbs. Also, I think 6a is typo-ed as it should be 10GBASE-T rather than 10BASE-T Looking forward to seeing the rest of the videos. Thanks for the effort!

Too much info compressed into one video. All this involves basic knowledge, like knowing what are layers or TCP protocol etc. I expected a step by step explanation from 0 to 100. I'm afraid investing my time into this course, since it already starting off so complicated. Which means, that I won't be understanding a lot of stuff
