Even in Pauper EDH, we can't escape the Partner army

Luckily MOST of the 4700 commander options in Pauper Commander are NOT partners, but a significant portion of the competitive ones are. I bet it's ⅓ to ¼ of the cPDH meta that are partner or background commanders.

an 8th card in hand is hard to beat plus uncommons are on average stronger then commons so having two in your deck is going to generally be better than one
