I had this same issue. I just went to Google Play, typed KZbin into the search and installed the update. Problem solved

You probably fixed it by now but, accessibility before you get the option, the one that got me was it kept playing on lid close, that one is download, Playback off. Be nice if KZbin gave us a clue of what the options did.
