Your father is a welder and, even without formal education, has valuable knowledge. Combined with higher education, his experience, which might have influenced you genetically, can empower you to become a successful entrepreneur or secure a top position in big corporations. Don't let anyone persuade you to disregard this inherited wisdom and solely focus on a traditional education system. It won't benefit you as much as combining both sets of knowledge. . It will be more beneficial than interviewing this biased person.
