Luciano Pavarotti and Aretha Franklin never had the opportunity to sing "Nessun Dorma" together in their lifetime. So I wanted to bring them together virtually simply with a software like Audacity, through two completely different performances. Hoping to have succeeded in the technical feat of having mixed these two timeless voices to the height of the great talents they were. Luciano Pavarotti et Aretha Franklin n’auront jamais eu l’occasion de chanter «Nessun Dorma» ensemble de leur vivant. J’ai donc souhaité les réunir virtuellement simplement avec un logiciel comme Audacity, par le biais de deux représentations complètement différentes. En espérant avoir réussi la prouesse technique d’avoir su mixé ces deux voix intemporelles à la hauteur des grands talents qu’ils étaient.

Thank you very much for all the praise for this achievement. In everything related to Art, what is noticeable in what we see or hear is a perfectible or even sloppy work. Because what is well done is not seen or heard. While in a reverse way the defects jump to the eyes. Because the one who looks and listens only sees what is fluid and harmonious. This is a mystery in all forms of art where what is beautiful to see and hear has never been intended to be understood but rather to be admired.

The guitar rift ruined the end, should have just had the two perform it together. In only two segments where Pavarotti should be finishing Aretha cuts in a little too early. Other then then not a bad first attempt!

But the truth is that the majority of the people who commented don't see any artistic disadvantage in it. Quite the contrary in fact.
