I feel like sometimes you score just by shooting when the goalies don't move because they think you're going to do a trick shot or stick-handle until your hands fall off..... so they wait..... which give you an easy 5 hole. Then they're left standing there like "I thought this guy just dangles". LOL. Mixing it up. Keeping them guessing.

Whenever guys try a lacrosse trick shot instead of backing up I just take a stride forward and either pad stack ala Hasek style taking them out or just push into them. Screws them right up.

As a goalie this is easily handled. When he’s doing his little spins during his trick shots and his back is turned to you, you skate right out and obliterate him with a cross-check, or clobber him with the blocker./stick combo . No more trick shots 😆.
