I've never seen this channel before, but at first, this kid really annoyed me; he seemed entitled and arrogant and a micromanager. I was glad to see him grab a rake and jump in, because that sort of boss (who finds work and jumps in) is one worthy of respect and leadership. He still seems cocky and arrogant, but I'm glad to see he's working as a part of the team

I’m retired now, but I owned a Paving/Excavation company that was in business for 28 yrs. This is one of the very few videos I’ve see that actually put some thickness down, if you want 2 1/2” of Asphalt you need to put down 3” then after compaction you’ll end up with your 2 1/2” , Anyways, nice job !!
