Hello lovelies, I've recently filmed an 18 month update that I think will give you a lot of hope in this tricky time. I've linked it below. Lots of love 💜 kzbin.info/www/bejne/r3y6noyQmK9joac

Thank you for this video my daughter got fitted for her harness today and it feels like we are taking her home for the first time from the hospital again with so many emotions but this video was very helpful and encouraging because it is temporary and we just have to get through.

I have just returned home from the specialist appointment and my baby is now in a Pavlik Harness. I cried listening to your video because I too went to the appointment naive and not really knowing what to expect, next minute he was fitted with this harness. Such an over whelming afternoon. But I thank you so much for sharing your experience, I appreciate you so much, you have reminded me this is just temporary. All the best , Allira x

I’m currently crying my eyes out - 20 minutes ago I received the call that the ultrasound came back abnormal for the 2nd time. This is the first video I’ve watched in my quest to become an expert by the time my daughter gets fitted for her harness. Thank you for making this ❤

Thank you so much for making this video Frankie 🤍🫶🏼 my daughter was told she had clicky hips at birth. They tell you nothing more…. 😢 she had her first appointment last week (at 8 weeks), the specialists reviewing her were really optimistic that she is just a clicky baby however we have an ultrasound next week. After being told at birth that she had clicky hips I did the research and thought she must have DDH and my heart broke. Now after such an optimistic appointment, I don’t know what to think. I think I need to get my head around everything. From what I’ve seen, as parents, we feel worse than the bubbas do… but thank you so much for sharing Juno’s experience xx

Bless you and your daughter! It's really positive that they were optimistic in the appointment you've already had. I have everything crossed that the ultrasound goes just as well but know that if it's not the news you are hoping for then it's ok and your darling girl will be ok. Sending so much love mama ❤️ Please let me know how the ultrasounds goes - thinking of you xx

Your tips, especially with breastfeeding, have been so helpful!! Yesterday my 6 week old came home with a harness and it’s been an incredibly difficult 24 hours. I had hip dysplasia as a child but wasn’t diagnosed until I was 12 and it was too late to reverse it with any treatment- just manage pain through strength training and preserve the joint with low-impact exercise. I ended up having a total hip replacement at age 27. Given my history I was especially heartbroken and emotional to hear my daughter has hip dysplasia on both hips. I am thankful we caught it early and treatment can be done to fix it but still hard to see her in a brace when she’s so little 😢. I am struggling to re-learn a lot of the routine we just established but I’m hopeful after watching this ❤❤❤

Thank you for the wonderful video Frankie.. Is there some data or indication that can tell whether a hip dysplasia issue is mild or serious? In our case the doctor says its nothing serious and can be corrected with the harness, and then he says the harness needs to be on for 3 months but it can be removed for a total of 1 hour a day for shower/nappy change.. French doctor, apparently quite an expert and receives 20 such cases every Wednesday. Thank you in advance.
