As a Documenting Ukraine grantee, Pavlo Merzlykin examines e-petition voting as a tool of virtual warfare. He has created software for analyzing online petitions of Ukrainian citizens. The software is designed to process open data and detect external interventions. Moreover, Pavlo analyzes the thematic range of petitions published amid war.
In this video, Pavlo Merzlykin talks about working with open data resources, as well as his plans to create a more accessible digital e-petition archive.
