I'm older but since early 2022 have been helping a bit through United24, as Ukraine is part of Europe!!! Moms side is German and i use to travel as a child, so i saw how it took 20 years to rebuild the country. I wanted to visit Ivano Franken in Ukraine on my next trip over after 35 years to visit the graves of my father's side, which i just discovered where they are now! Sad that an American Passport will not get you into Ukraine :( Would love to see the Carpathian Mountain area and a few towns since i have seen most of the Alps. Hope all is going well working on the summer house! Slava Ukraine!!!

You said you heard 10-12 air raid sirens on 30 Dec, and on the next day saw us in Australia have our famous fireworks around the Sydney Harbour Bridge. What a contrast!
