Pavlova

Shout out to Chelsea Sugar for the EASIEST pav recipe ever!
You need:
4 egg whites at room temp
1 1/2 cups of castor sugar
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tsp of malt vinegar
Beat for 10 mins until soft peaks form and thats it whanau! Never buying Pavlova again! Hope everyone has a beautiful Christmas and we will see you next week 🎄🎁

Kia Ora! This time of the year again and researching KZbin for different recipes and times in the oven (everyone has different temperatures and times 😂). I’ve never seen a pav recipe without the cornflour. Even googling Chelsea sugar pav recipe it says cornflour (2 tsp). I hope yours was yummy, I’m going to stick to the cornflour one though. Ka kite!

I crack them into my hand and hold the yolk gently while the white runs through my fingers into the bowl. easier than the shell to shell method.

Hahaha the Aussie say that we stole the pav off them, but I doubt that cos I know it's a kiwi 🥝 favourite just like our trifill. And Merry Xmas & happy new year even though I've just found your video 🤣🎄💯🎅🥰
