switching to bench reset attack that can not be used as long as you still have the energy or any extra cost to do the attack

you can do the same by returning the pokemon to hand too, there are many way to reset attacks, but switch & retreat are the easiest

That restrictive effect was circumvented because he moved Maraidon out of the active, then back in again (He played the Switch, then retreat for the 24:29 knock out). I think the card should be more clear...

Yes but that is not possible during that turn in that scenario with his hand. The miraidon is in the back it would need to get into the active first then manual retreat to get the energy. He gotta have a switch card to be able to make that play.

Do you think that adding a 1 of Tapu Koko EX would be viable to help the Charizard matchup? I'm aware that Raichu V kills Charizard EX, but in moments where 1 shotting isn't possible Tapu Koko could shock lock as an alternate option. What do you think?
