You handled that very well and professional, I used to own and run a gun shop and had lots of crazy calls, that I actually stopped answering my phone and forced people to come in face to face, I was heavily armed and never had anyone in person act crazy to me, all very polite lol. Not answering my shop phone actually helped my business a lot, it kept the trolls from wasting my time and got more people into my shop which got me way more sales, it was amazing. Sorry that you had to put up with that guy. You dealt with his ignorance wonderfully. I don't know about the US, but in the UK where I'm from it's actually quite rare for someone to get spot from a brick and mortar store. Sure, you can get spot via Facebook etc but that comes with a lot of risks. Ebay you can get spot, but when you minus fees it comes to less than what the shops are offering. At the end of the day, you're running a business, and they're getting a straightforward cash sale, without all the risks of selling online or to someone they don't know. Keep up the great videos.
