Banksy is almost like folklore in English street art, he will do huge artwork on the side of a house over night and the house will become worth hundreds of thousands of pounds more than it was the day before pretty much because he’s such a mystery and not one person knows who he is. I mean one of his pieces sold for £18.5m 😂

I know this comment is old, and it might have simply been a typo or an auto-correct, but just in case. "congenital" typically refers to a disease that you're born with. "congenial" is the word you were looking for, and it's really easy to confuse the two words visually. I'm not trying to be a grammar nut or a know-it-all, just helpful to anyone who might confuse the two words.

I was at the pawn shop in 1991 on February 14th when it was just glass tables in the center near the entrance to the left. My future wife was paging me because I was getting married in Vegas and was going to be late while at the pawn shop looking to buy tools. Still married and the pawn shop is now famous!

Bansky however is famous but no one actually knows who he is. I've heard some people say he's more than one person, but i'm not too familiar with him and his work. I know more about Andy.
