Pax Dei - Where to find steel (pure iron) - How to get to PVP zone

In this Pax Dei video i will show you what pure iron(steel) deposits look like and where to find them on the map. Steel is used to unlock high tier weapons and tools etc. You will need to go to the PVP zone which you can get to through portals shown on this map in the link below, also there is a link to craft steel without PVP.

I think they moved some iron nodes into easily accessed areas (non PVP). I'm finding it in common areas along with copper and tin.

yeah, I've never been to the PvP zone but I get Pure iron on the map next to the one I'm in.

First couple of days I have enjoyed and I really liked the game's uniqueness; but boring game, most people ready scam each other or steal from others or use others etc for getting items. Comparing to other mmorpgs, not so many things to do in Pax Dei, expect crafting, building your house. Combat is not very impressive, especially bow and blocking mechanism. If you are in a small or medium size clan you cannot do anything against big clans... Most of the rivers and valleys are already blocked with big clans with huge walls... There are not so many pvp and pve contents with objectives, story / history of lore that will make things more interesting for players, not so many different type of monsters (I feel like it is the 2nd New World in this aspect) You mainly walking the whole map(s) and most of the time solo, even you have a group because everything is looking into your crafting levels and the high level resources you have. Big clans own everything... The people who played Alphas made groups and their combat are lvl 41, most crafts are lvl 41 and so on, and of course there are lots of bugs, bug exploiters, even hackers in the game. Everyone looks their own thing in the game, clans there are officer ranks and their friend group is taking everything in the name of building cities etc etc. Building cities don't have any functionality really. The game is lacking content. SOLO players or players with no dedicated friend group will not survive in this game to enjoy what is currently in the game.

@@venger5705 then why even release a early access for $100 and yes you need the $100 version to be even remotely enjoyable.......no pvp just zones hardly any pve content ....you just walk around for hours and craft....its just a RP build SIM nothing special about it at all

Yeah second level furnace can even melt wroth iron ore > pure iron ore. But it takes waaayyyyyyvto too much wroth iron ore and charcoal. To get 10 steel bars you need 20pure iron ore and 200charcoal. To melt 20 pure iron ore you need >>>200 wrough iron ore + 3000 charcoal

you think 20 mins is along time? i only have 1 plot and it takes me hours to get to the place that has iron mine it.....take it to my house smelt it......then craft a few things because carry weight is horrid......so then im forced to go back and do it all over again taking hours to complete..... or i can spend $100 get 6 plots and have a easier time.......

Yeh that sucks. I also only have one plot and I am solo. When the server wipe happens I'm going to choose a better plot. You live and you learn. Maybe I will try to relocate before wipe just to see how difficult it is.

@@williamlaprarie3007 you get 4 plots for $100 for the alpha play test toted as early access. at launch we aren't even guaranteed a plot without paying extra for it. They haven't decided how much they want to fuck us yet.
