After djynasty and sharktamer said it depends on the game, and steam only gives them out when devs request bans for single-player games, and VAC (valve anti-cheat) bans for online games They were pretty much saying the same thing as sugadintas2, but sugadintas2 didn't quite get it and kept insisting it was different
