A lot of veteran players from other servers say DONT do the perfect resonance chase, even for super whales. The sink is way too much if you arent already at end game where you maxed out your characters on everything else. Just give them random resonance and perfect them another time.

@@richardefraim1240 you'll need to resonate 12 times (easiest way is 2times on 4 battons) for lv80 awakening so you'll want to resonate as well. If you don't farm battons for resonance, you'll have to resonance Darwin which is very hard to get

@@richardefraim1240 this is actually the best way, don't care about resonance thing, the buff you get is so minimal prior to awakening, where you need to reach lvl 80 first! Focus on all those materials, cogs, skill points rather than memory (for resonance) and bastion, exchange them on the last few days of event! You can get 4 pieces of Patton first if you don't have a memory set like fred/hanna for alpha yet.

Yeah since she needs 4 orbs to enter sword wave mode and having more orbs adds more burst and the middle resonance skill for her Signature weapon gives her a lot of opportunities to deal more damage and it can fix your bad RNG when it comes to orbs

NieR is very much 1yr or so from now, so still advisable to resonate Patton to Alpha, seeing that Lv80 req for Ultima is not that far.

@Ruler of Froggs You can do it by doing the co-op. It gives you weapon shards. I recommend doing it three times a day for the entire week and you can get everything. And you have a chance to get a weapon drop after defeating the boss. That’s the only way I saw to get 5 star weapons.

Once you max the Skills by levelling, they will be the max level plus whatever number of levels you get from resonance. So lets say the skill max level was 10 for instance and you had +2 of that skill from resonance slots. The skill would be 12 even though the level cap is technically 10. Since every level has a fixed increase in power you would still be getting an extra 2 levels of power for that skill.

This is a warning for anyone who haven't made the same stupid mistake as me: The 2 Darwins I got from Memory Rescue are for slot 1 and slot 4. So I think if you want to complete a 2 Darwin - 4 Patton set right away you may want to get slot 2-3-5-6 first.

If you're looking to min-max, don't use 04 Darwin as that gives you less Atk. Some memories have certain stat variations based on slots. That's why it's being recommended to use 01 02 Darwin and 03 04 05 06 Patton.

Is 4x Hanna good vs. 4x Patton? I have both now and it feels like I do more damage with Hanna purely because I am in Matrix so much more often and I know Patton is higher atk over time but Hanna would give you more burst damage given more sword waves wouldn’t it?

The idea with Alpha at high levels is that the fight will be over before you get a second use of Hanna. So while Hanna makes your first sword wave easy to get to, Patton or Frederick will let you kill the boss/enemy wave in 1 single sword wave anyway, or at least finish them off before a second sword wave is necessary, making Hanna uneccessary.

How you can use swordwave if your ping is empty? Using hannah punish you to waste more ping to max out dps, thus the swordwave ping is less (unless your alpha is sss, frederict/patton is better)

mainly you do them for your dps and some tank and support characters(mainly tank since support usually brings different memory sets depending on the content), since ultima awakening gives a decent boost to your characters.

global is to early to worry about resonance, since it be long time content to come in, people should just take their time, try slow level up your chars, focus building your dps units, save up black cards to do weapon and character pulls. This is on the last things you want to worry about, trying get your dps their 6* weapon to level 45 and trying to get their 6* memory set is far more important then resonance

First one doesn't increase all damage, only your weapon's atk. 3rd one increases ALL damage during Matrix by 10%, it's a big difference.

Only for the memory, and it seems like it's not super crazy. Maybe if you're going for rank 1 leaderboards or something. Weapon resonance doesn't look like it's RNG though (at least for 6* weapons) which is nice.

You only have to deal w/ what stats you get w/ resonances, meanwhile w/ artifacts you: need to get the right artifact set, need to get the right piece, need to get the right main stat, need to get the right substats and need to roll the right substats. Weapon has fixed Resonance, Always Atk/Crit for 5* (Yes, all 3 slots), and Always Atk/Crit, Orb Regen, Matrix Damage for 6* on each of its respective slots As for Memory, rerolling for perfect resonance is the end-end-endgame stuff when you have literally nothing else left, or you want to minmax for competitive purposes

U can get extra pattons and recycle them and buy more darwins from the shop + warzone shop

Just get 150 memory shards for 6 stars and buy Darwin 2, spend event resources in shop and buy everything you need. After that farm C-5 for memories and if you don't need memory just recycle it for Darwin to resonate. You still have 30 days of event, enough for resonating and buying everything.

Farm C5 instead for 6* Memo Drops, and then get your occasional Patton Rerolls, its more efficient that way since you'll be farming other 6* Memories for other characters too

You don't need to reroll that much for Alpha, she is way too OP anyway (you will still shred bosses when fully geared). My advice is to farm C-5 for memories for other characters because you will need them alot, especially coming characters like Bianca Verity.
